First Time Users
If you are a first time user, you'll just need to enter your Account number/Login ID and Email Address.
Your initial Password is the last four of your Social Security number, along with the last two digits of your birth year and then you'll be asked to set-up a new Password, Confidence Word, and three Challenge Questions.

A new feature available is Member Alerts. You can choose from the following types:
- Balance Alert - Get an alert when the balance of a savings or checking account drops below a specified amount.
- Check Alert - Get an alert when a particular check clears.
- Transaction Alert - Get an alert when a particular transaction clears.
- Loan Payment Alert - Get an alert when the payment on a loan is due.
The alerts are not instantaneous, so you'll get notified around 6:15 AM daily for any alerts that would apply. For help setting up an alert, please call us at 419-529-5603.
