Advantage Credit Union, Inc. is in the process of upgrading our systems to provide new programs and products to our valued membership. These programs will provide a new sophisticated way to bank. The products will include a new transaction processing system, a new user friendly Home Banking site and an upgraded ATM/DEBIT card system. Upgrading our systems will allow us to offer new mobile banking apps and automated bill pay options to our members. Our plan is to cut-over to these programs on April 1st, 2014. What this means to the membership is that in order to complete the conversion process, the Credit Union will be closed on April 1st, 2014. We will re-open for business on April 2nd, 2014 promptly at 8:00 a.m. for business. Direct deposit accounts will have their monies available to them at ATM Machines. For members who are ATM/DEBIT card holders, you can expect to receive new cards and pin numbers. On April 1st, you will need to use your new card for purchases and withdrawals. Pin numbers will be issued first then you will receive your card a few days later. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are gearing up our staff to be as prepared and trained in our new systems to help our members. We appreciate your understanding and patience during our time of transition. We are very excited about investing in our new systems so we can offer our members a better way to bank.
