Limits

Do you know your spending limit and did you know that this amount can be changed? Initially, when an ATM or Debit Card is issued, it is usually set at $250, depending on your account history. If you would like to change this amount, ask us to see if you qualify for an increase. You may want to increase the amount just for a day to make a special purchase or maybe you are going on a trip and want to increase the limit for a week. This is possible! So, if you want to adjust your limits, call 419-529-5603. Let us know how we can help! We give you options!

Spending Limit Time Frame

You would think that your daily limit would start fresh each morning. In the world of electronic payment processing, it's a little different. Our 24-hour cycle refreshes the limit at approximately 3:30 P.M. (EST) from day to day. If you have any questions, please let us know.

24x7x365 Fraud Monitoring Program

Due to the rise of compromised cards throughout the United States and internationally, we have some additional security measures on our Debit Cards for added protection. Most importantly, our card brings with it the combination of the most sophisticated fraud detection technology with experienced fraud analysts. Each transaction is evaluated and if a high-risk alert is detected, an analyst will contact you and inquire about the questionable transaction. We are watching out for you! If your transactions are getting denied or if you were contacted by Fraudwatch, please contact them back at 866-842-5208.

If your card is lost or stolen, call 419-529-5603 during business hours or 1-800-791-2525 after hours.

Traveling

If you will be traveling out of Ohio or internationally, please keep in mind of the following recommendations and let us know if you will be traveling in order to avoid blocked transactions.

We are suggesting the following guidelines unless you notify us.

Update 7/6/16- When making purchases in Ohio at grocery stores, please run the transaction as a debit and enter your PIN for added protection.

Whenever you swipe your card to make a purchase outside of Ohio, a PIN will be required except for:

-Internet transactions
-Phone purchases
-Restaurant or fast food establishments, bars, taverns, or nightclubs
-Gas purchases at the pump only- if a payment is made inside the station, a PIN will be required

When paying at the pump, it’s best to choose the credit option so that you don’t give out your PIN in case a skimming device is attached.

All international transactions will be blocked unless you enter your PIN, except for:

-ATM  transactions
-Internet purchases

If you are traveling, live out of state, or frequently travel, it may be best to opt you out of the additional security measures in order for you to use your card with ease. Please let us know if this applies to you and always let us know if you are experiencing difficulty with making your purchases.

We are here to provide you a convenient way to make purchases, with the confidence in knowing that it's our top priority to keep you safe!

As always, review your transaction history closely and if you notice anything suspicious, let us know right away.
